RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you are interested in a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, items that have been customized (i.e. monogrammed) or custom ordered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
We will replace or repair items if they are defective at no charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
